Our New Year 10 week running course starts on Monday, 7th January 2019. The course includes 2 ‘runs’ each week, Monday and Wednesday at 6.30pm, meeting at Tesco, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, CF64 1SA.
Suitable for all, the course will use the Couch to 5k method combining walking and gentle running to gradually build your fitness. To find out more and to get answers to some FAQ, click here to check out the details from one of our previous courses.
No need to book, just turn up. For your first session, please arrive about 10-15 minutes before the start to meet the leader and introduce yourself to the rest of the group.
